Founded by Shri R.M. Sharma (a Fellow member of The Institute of Company Secretaries of India), Disha Capital has served as an authorized broker for company deposits to more than 200 corporates. In over three decades, the company has been engaged in resource mobilization, distribution of financial products, acquired a NSE ticket, merchant banking license from market regulator Securities and Exchange Board of India(SEBI) and turned arranger for debt issues dealing in primary and secondary debt market. Besides financial services, Disha Capital expanded its horizon into building a diversified presence with Southern Infosys Limited, a software company, listed on BSE Ltd.
